Practicing EAs with 1-10 years of experience who are frustrated, burned out, underrecognized, or unsure how to grow. It's also ideal for new EAs who want to avoid the pitfalls that derail most people early in this role.
Most EA courses teach tools and tactics - PowerPoint, calendar management, travel booking. This program teaches the inner game: how to be seen, how to navigate your executive relationship, how to protect your energy, and how to advocate for your career. It's a strategic accelerator, not a skills refresher.
This is a six-week course.
Six sessions. Six modules. Three hours each, one day a week, offsite. The pacing is intentional — you have a full week to apply each framework before the next one builds on it.
Six concrete deliverables — one per module. These are working documents and tools you use on the job, not course certificates. By the time the program ends, you have something tangible to show for every session.

EA Mastery gives you the tools to excel and protect yourself in your current role. Level 2 is the executive skills track - where you learn to think, communicate, and operate like an executive. Module 6 of EA Mastery introduces you to Level 2 and helps you know if you're ready.
Yes. If you complete the program and apply the frameworks and don't find value, we offer a full refund within 30 days. We stand behind the work.
