1. What We Offer

The ProsperUs Business Inc. provides:

Online courses and digital training programs

       Coaching services (individual and group)

       Consulting services for businesses

We sell directly to individual professionals and to businesses purchasing on behalf of their teams. Where the context requires, different terms may apply to corporate purchasers — these are noted in the relevant sections below.

2. Accounts

Account creation is not currently required to purchase from us. When account functionality is introduced, we will update these terms accordingly. You will be notified of any material changes.

3. Payments

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. The ProsperUs Business Inc. does not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable fees. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to all payment processing.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. If you are purchasing from outside Canada, currency conversion rates and any applicable local taxes or duties are your responsibility.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund on all courses, calculated from the date your course access ends.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund eligibility:

Courses: eligible for 30 days after your access period ends

Coaching sessions: cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are fully refundable; cancellations made within 48 hours are not refundable

Consulting engagements: refund terms are set out in the applicable consulting agreement

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, repeated purchase-and-refund patterns, or violation of these terms.

5. Digital Content and Downloadable Resources

Some of our products include downloadable materials such as templates, worksheets, and frameworks. These are provided for your personal or internal business use only.

You may:

Download and use materials for your own professional development

Share materials internally within the organization that purchased access

You may not:

Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our materials without written permission

Use our content to create competing products or training programs

Remove any copyright notices, branding, or attribution

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this site remain the exclusive property of The ProsperUs Business Inc. Purchasing access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials — it does not transfer ownership.

6. Referral Program

The ProsperUs Business Inc. operates a referral program. If you refer someone who purchases a course through your unique referral link, you will receive CAD $100 per completed qualifying purchase.

Program terms:

Referral payments are issued after the referred purchase is confirmed and any applicable refund window has closed

       Self-referrals are not eligible

Referral links may not be used in paid advertising without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program with reasonable notice

Payments are issued via [payment method — e.g. Stripe, e-transfer] and may be subject to applicable tax reporting requirements

Participants in the referral program are independent of The ProsperUs Business Inc. and are not employees, agents, or representatives.
