Last updated: May 2026. This document governs your access to and use of our coaching programs, materials, and digital platforms. Please review these provisions carefully to ensure complete alignment with our professional standards.

Prosperus Group ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
This policy applies to all visitors and customers of prosperusgroup.com and covers all products and services we offer, including online courses, coaching programs, consulting services, and digital materials.
We are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy is written in compliance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), to the extent each applies.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you purchase a product, book a coaching session, sign up for our mailing list, or contact us, we may collect:
Full name
Email address
Billing address
Job title
Company name
Years of experience
Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
Communications you send us
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and tracking technologies:
IP address and approximate location
Browser type and device information
Pages visited, time spent on site, and navigation paths
Referring URL (how you found our site)
This information is collected through Google Analytics and may also be collected through advertising pixels operated by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, if you have interacted with our advertising. See Section 5 (Cookies and Tracking) for more detail.
2. Why We Collect Your Information
We collect and use personal information only for the purposes for which it was gathered, or for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances. Specifically:
To process and fulfill your purchase
To deliver course access, coaching sessions, and consulting services
To send transactional emails related to your purchase (receipts, access details, session confirmations)
To send marketing emails about our products, programs, and updates — with your consent, as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
To improve our site and services through analytics
To operate our referral program
To respond to your inquiries and support requests
To comply with applicable legal obligations
3. Legal Basis and Consent
Under PIPA and CASL, we collect and use personal information with your knowledge and consent, except where the law permits otherwise (for example, to fulfill a contract or comply with a legal obligation).
When you make a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. When you sign up for our mailing list or check a consent box at checkout, you are providing express consent to receive marketing communications from us.
You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect our ability to send transactional communications related to an active purchase.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:
Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and processes payment card information directly. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Our website, CRM, email marketing, and course delivery are hosted and managed through GoHighLevel, a platform operated by HighLevel Inc., based in the United States. By using our services, your personal information may be transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States.
We have ensured that GoHighLevel maintains appropriate data security practices. However, once your data crosses the border, it may be subject to US laws, including laws that may allow access by US government authorities. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data and may transfer information to Google’s servers in the United States. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Meta and Google Ads
We may use tracking pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and, where applicable, to show ads to people who have visited our site. These third parties collect data according to their own privacy policies.
Legal requirements
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — and similar tracking technologies. We use them to:
Keep the site functioning properly (strictly necessary cookies)
Understand how visitors use our site (analytics cookies — Google Analytics)
Measure advertising effectiveness and enable retargeting (marketing cookies — Meta Pixel, Google Ads)
You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how the site functions. We recommend reviewing the cookie settings available in your browser for the most direct control.
6. Email Communications and CASL
Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) governs how we communicate with you by email. We send two types of emails:
Transactional emails
These are emails required to deliver the service you purchased — such as purchase confirmations, course access details, coaching session reminders, and support responses. These are sent regardless of marketing preferences and do not require separate consent.
Marketing emails
These include newsletters, promotional offers, new course announcements, and program updates. We send these only with your express or implied consent, as defined under CASL. Every marketing email includes a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:
Purchase and transaction records: retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
Course access and coaching records: retained for the duration of your access period plus 2 years
Marketing contact information: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Analytics data: retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics (26 months by default)
8. Your Rights
Under PIPA and PIPEDA, you have the right to:
Know what personal information we hold about you
Request access to your personal information
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
Withdraw consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your information (subject to legal and contractual restrictions)
Request deletion of your personal information, where we are not legally required to retain it
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (OIPC) at oipc.ab.ca.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include:
Encrypted payment processing through Stripe
Secure hosting through GoHighLevel with access controls
Limited internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
No method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information using industry-standard practices and will notify affected individuals in the event of a breach as required by law.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for working professionals and are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.
11. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes — such as new categories of data collection or new third-party sharing — we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or through a notice on our site.
Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
